
Movement isn’t about being able to touch your toes, it’s about finding ways to feel capable and strong in the body you have.
My own healing journey to finding joy in movement led me to teaching and coaching. I’ve personally struggled with chronic pain and mental health that makes it hard to even get up off the couch. From my personal experience working in movement, I saw a need for inclusive and accessible fitness training from someone who understands how hard it can be to get moving.
Combined with yoga, functional strength training, and a desire to bring joy to people’s relationship with movement, I offer private 1:1 movement coaching that starts with your goals and what your body needs. From here, I’ll create a personalized movement program that is accessible, inclusive, and sustainable for your body.

My yoga training weaves together mindfulness, strength, and accessibility. I offer practices that honor the wholeness of your body and spirit — whether you’re seeking stillness, play, or grounding. Yoga is for every body, and I’m here to help you make it your own.
